좋은 소리를 꿈꾼다. 가야금의 무한한 소리를 꿈꾼다.
「가야금, 무한한 소리를 꿈꾸다」는 고요함과 평안함, 때로는 역동적이고 진취적인 삶을 가야금의 다양하고 무한한 소리의 색채로 표현하고자 의도된 음반이다.
가야금의 섬세하면서도 풍성한 소리를 가득 담아, 오로지 가야금의 깊은 울림을 통해 그 소리를 전달하고자 한다. 듣기 편한 음악부터 무게감 있는 음악까지 다양한 곡을 골고루 담아보았다.
[세 개의 악상]과 [편편금0]은 25현 가야금의 다양한 주법이 잘 표현되어있고, [Boundless]는 전자음향과 산조가야금이 만나 신비한 느낌을 자아낸다. [백야의 언덕에서], [하늘바라기], [꿈꾸는 밤]은 대중들도 편하게 들을 수 있는 음악이다.
Dreaming of a good sound. Dreaming of the infinite sound of gayageum. 「Gayageum, Dreaming of Infinite Sound」 is an album intended to express the quiet, peaceful, and sometimes dynamic and enterprising life of the gayageum with the diverse and infinite sounds of the gayageum.
It is filled with the delicate yet rich sound of the gayageum, and it is intended to convey the sound only through the deep resonance of the gayageum. It delivers various songs, from easy-listening to songs that carry a certain depth.
[Three Themes], [Pyeon Pyeon Geum 0] perfectly expresses the diversity in style for the 25-string gayageum and [Boundless] combines electronic sounds and Sanjo gayageum to create a mysterious feeling.
[Hill under Midnight Sun], [Haneulbaragi], and [Dreaming Night] are easy-listening for the general public.
* 김문주 :
가야금 연주가 김문주는 서울대 음악대학 국악과, 한국예술종합학교 전통예술원 전문사, 고려대 일반대학원 응용언어문화학협동과정(문화콘텐츠학 전공) 박사과정을 수료하고, 1998년부터 현재까지 KBS국악관현악단 가야금 단원으로 활동하고 있다.
2007년 난계국악경연대회 문화체육관광부장관상을 수상했고, 2003년/2006년 두 번의 독주회를 통해 관객들과 만났다. KBS국악관현악단에서의 오랜 경험을 통해 가야금 창작음악 해석과 연주에 뛰어나다는 평을 받았다.
